- MEDIUM POTATO SKIN ON WRAPPED IN FOIL
- 2 TBS SOUR CREAM
- TBS FINE CHOPPED CHIVES
Salad
- MESCALIN LETTUCE MIX
- HALVED CHERRY TOMATOES
- SLICED BABY CUCUMBER
- THIN SLICED CARROT STICKS
- SLICED RED CAPCICUM
- SLICED RED ONION
- CUBED FETTA
- CHANGS CRUNCHY NOODLES
- CREAMY RANCH DRESSING
Method
- BRUSH STEAK WITH OLIVE OIL AND SOME CRUSHED GARLIC SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER, PLACE ON BENCH AND ALLOW TO GET TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
- PLACE FOIL WRAPPED POTATO IN OVEN 180 FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.
- RUB CORN COB WITH BUTTER & CRUSHED GARLIC WRAP IN FOIL, PLACE ON BBQ TURNING EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.
- MIX TOGETHER BBQ SAUCE & HONEY.
- TOSS ALL SALAD INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH RANCH DRESSING.
- PLACE STEAK ON THE BARBIE ONCED TURNED BRUSH WITH THE HONEY BBQ SAUCE.
- WHEN STEAK IS COOKED JUST THE WAY YOU LIKE IT, SCORE POTATO TOP WITH SOUR CREAM & CHIVES SERVE WITH BARBIEQUED CORN SALAD.
- FINISH OFF BY DRIZZLING THE REMAINDER OF THE SAUCE OVER THE STEAK.
